Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Eazer Shops, Eazer Vendors, and Eazer Delivery only. For the Eazer rider app or Eazer Driver partner app, see our ride-hailing Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Eazer Shops, Eazer Vendors, or Eazer Delivery, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Vendors and delivery partners must have legal authority to operate their business and, where required, valid licenses and permits.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information and safeguarding your account. Notify us at support@eazer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Eazer Shops (customers)

• Orders are offers to purchase from independent vendors listed on the platform.
• Prices, availability, and delivery times are set by vendors and may change.
• You agree to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
• Cancellations and refunds follow vendor policies and applicable law; contact support for disputes.

5. Eazer Vendors

• You are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, food safety, and timely order fulfillment.
• You grant Eazer a license to display your listings, images, and branding within the platform.
• Payouts are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and applicable fees disclosed in the app.
• Eazer may suspend vendors who violate policies, receive repeated complaints, or fail compliance checks.

6. Eazer Delivery (delivery partners)

• Delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees of Eazer.
• You must comply with traffic laws, deliver orders safely, and maintain any required vehicle documentation.
• Location sharing while available or on active deliveries is required to operate the service.
• Earnings and payouts are described in the app and may be adjusted for cancellations, fraud, or chargebacks.

7. Payments

Payments and wallet top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. By paying through Eazer, you also agree to their terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or harass vendors, riders, or staff.

9. Intellectual property

Eazer names, logos, software, and content are owned by Crystallux Group Inc. or its licensors.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." Vendors and delivery partners are third parties; Eazer is not responsible for the quality of goods sold or actions of independent partners beyond our platform obligations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystallux Group Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may request account deletion per our Delete Account page.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
