Before you delete
- Download any receipts or records you need before deletion.
- Complete or cancel any open orders or active deliveries.
- Withdraw remaining wallet balance where applicable (vendors and delivery partners).
Option 1 — Email request
- Email support@eazer.com
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include: app name (Eazer Shops, Eazer Vendors, or Eazer Delivery), registered phone number, and email if any
Option 2 — In-app
Eazer Shops
Account → Legal → Delete account
Eazer Vendors
Account → Legal → Delete account. Settle outstanding payouts first.
Eazer Delivery
Account → Settings → Delete account
What we delete
- Account login access and profile information
- Saved addresses and notification preferences
What we may retain
Order history, payment records, and support correspondence may be retained as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
